fortifications de la cit\u00e9, ce b\u00e2timent ayant accueilli le service du patrimoine jusque fin 2013 appartiendrait toujours \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat qui &#8220;aurait voulu le c\u00e9der pour un euro symbolique&#8221; (?) \u00e0 la ville de Nancy, les n\u00e9gociations entreprises en 2017\/18 par France Domaine (gestionnaire des biens de l\u2019Etat) \u00ab de nature \u00e0 satisfaire la
