princesse de Craon<\/a>,<\/strong> qui poss\u00e8de enfin, en 1719, une demeure \u00e0 sa royale hauteur !<br \/>\nUn grand escalier \u00e0 couper le souffle, des pi\u00e8ces d&#8217;apparat somptueusement meubl\u00e9es, chemin\u00e9es \u00e0 la royale, \u00e9toffes pr\u00e9cieuses, marbres, tapisseries, miroirs et frises richement sculpt\u00e9s\u2026, et une galerie longue de 30m dont les murs tendus de satin vert mettent en valeur pas moins de 62 tableaux (de ma\u00eetre \u00e9videmment, Rubens, P<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">oussin, Rembrandt,\u2026 ).<br \/>\nRien n&#8217;est assez beau, assez riche, assez grand, assez magnifique pour la capricieuse favorite <a href=\"https:\/\/www.histoiresgalantes.fr\/blog\/2015\/07\/04\/masco-lours-de-leopold\/\"><strong>du duc L\u00e9opold<\/strong><\/a> qui exige entre autres que son palais soit termin\u00e9, \u2026avant celui de son richissime amant !<br \/>\nLe duc finance les travaux command\u00e9s \u00e0 son premier architecte <a href=\"https:\/\/www.histoiresgalantes.fr\/blog\/2016\/04\/02\/la-mysterieuse-enigme-du-portrait-de-germain-boffrand\/\"><strong>Germain Boffrand<\/strong>.<\/a> Pour en r\u00e9gler la note, il puisera dans le tr\u00e9sor au d\u00e9triment<strong> de sa propre famille<\/strong>\u2026<br \/>\nLe palais de Marguerite supplantant en luxe toutes les autres demeures, est digne de recevoir les plus grandes personnalit\u00e9s de l&#8217;\u00e9poque (les princes y re\u00e7oivent le roi du Portugal en 1723).<br \/>\nTout y est minutieusement pens\u00e9 et pr\u00e9vu pour le confort ultimum de ses prestigieux habitants.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.histoiresgalantes.fr\/blog\/2016\/06\/17\/home-sweet-home-de-la-princesse\/\"><strong>L&#8217;h\u00f4tel de Craon<\/strong> <\/a>sera rachet\u00e9 par Stanislas qui y logera la cour souveraine en 1751, actuellement cour d&#8217;appel de Nancy, ses fonctions ont miraculeusement gard\u00e9 dans son jus cette
