{"id":6982,"date":"2017-08-03T12:31:08","date_gmt":"2017-08-03T11:31:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.histoiresgalantes.fr\/blog\/?p=6982"},"modified":"2017-08-25T21:28:39","modified_gmt":"2017-08-25T20:28:39","slug":"tel-pere-tel-fils","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.histoiresgalantes.fr\/blog\/2017\/08\/03\/tel-pere-tel-fils\/","title":{"rendered":"Tel p\u00e8re, tel fils !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Si le talent de sculpteur du fils, <strong>Pierre-Jean David<\/strong> dit &#8220;<strong>David d&#8217;Angers<\/strong>&#8221; est toujours c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 (exposition &#8220;Le Chemin du romantisme&#8230;&#8221; actuellement au Mus\u00e9e des Beaux Arts d&#8217;Angers), le talent incontestable de sculpteur sur bois du p\u00e8re, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.histoiresgalantes.fr\/blog\/2017\/08\/04\/madame-et-monsieur-de-tournemine\/\"><strong>Pierre Louis David<\/strong>,<\/a> est totalement tomb\u00e9 dans l&#8217;oubli !<br \/>\nOn peut cependant admirer ses \u0153uvres magnifiques au mus\u00e9e d&#8217;Angers.<br \/>\nLe sculpteur-ornemaniste virtuose du XVIIIe si\u00e8cle travaille pour de riches marchands avant de s<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">&#8216;enr\u00f4ler, \u00e0 la r\u00e9volution, dans l\u2019arm\u00e9e r\u00e9publicaine, parcourant ainsi la France, accompagn\u00e9 de son fils, \u00e2g\u00e9 de cinq ans (le futur sculpteur David d\u2019Angers).<br \/>\nIl sculpte en 1798, l&#8217;Autel de la Patrie, un ch\u00eane au d\u00e9cor sculpt\u00e9 d&#8217;une extr\u00eame finesse, destin\u00e9 au temple d\u00e9cadaire d\u2019Angers.<br \/>\nEn forme de colonne antique tronqu\u00e9e, l\u2019autel est entour\u00e9 de guirlandes de fleurs, de feuilles de ch\u00eane et de glands maintenues par des rubans nou\u00e9s.<br \/>\nPlac\u00e9 dans le ch\u0153ur du temple d\u00e9cadaire (cath\u00e9drale Saint-Maurice) d\u2019Angers, il servait au <strong>culte de l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.histoiresgalantes.fr\/blog\/2015\/10\/16\/2768\/\">\u00catre Supr\u00eame<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.histoiresgalantes.fr\/blog\/2015\/10\/16\/2768\/\">,<\/a> f\u00eates civiques institu\u00e9es par Robespierre et La R\u00e9velli\u00e8re.
